Ingredients:
1 box Spice Cake Mix
1 1/4 stick butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs, beaten
Cinnamon Morsels (optional)
Cinnamon Sugar (optional)
Combine cake mix, butter, and eggs. Add cinnamon morsels. Roll dough into small balls and place on cookie sheet, at least 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
Immediately after removing from oven, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Let cool a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Yield: 48
these were SO delicious. the only thing i could see, is what if we put a little bit of glaze on them, and then the cinnamon sugar on top of that?
